- Provide training to teachers and students on the flexible learning modalities using Vibal Learning Management System [LMS] and Microsoft Teams as online/offline collaborative tools.
- Launch Master in Transformational Leadership by Academic Year 2021-2022.

- Rationalize organizational structure for efficiency and productivity.
- Reevaluate job descriptions of workers and offices for better collaboration.

- Finish the renovation of Fraser Hall as the main building for College [Higher Education] by the end of December 2020.
- Install new computer systems with fast internet connectivity for synchronous/asynchronous classes, webinars, and online/offline collaborations.
ADMISSION PROCESS & STUDENT RECRUITMENT INTENSIFIED
- Provide sustainable scholarship grants to those qualified and deserving students.
- Partner with institutions and local churches in recruiting students for both formal and non-formal education and/or training.
LINKAGES, NETWORKS & PARTNERSHIPS EXPANDED
- Launch new official website [www.ebcs.edu.ph] for efficient online promotions by the end of July 2020.
- Connect with alumni, donors, government and non-government institutions, churches, and other stakeholders by providing printed brochures, web publications, and other required reports.
YOUNG & EMERGING SERVANT LEADERS EMPOWERED
- Provide students with relevant exposures for leadership and ministry through faculty modeling and hands-on training.
- Enlist faculty/staff for career development programs such as masters and doctorate studies.
SALARY & BENEFITS STANDARDIZED
- Intensify resource management programs to ensure a more stable income.
- Strengthen salary leveling and ranking of faculty and staff.
TRANSFORMATIONAL INITIATIVES STRENGTHENED
- Conduct community service and outreach programs.
- Build partnership with government and non-government sectors by assisting them in their moral recovery program.
